Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement strategies to ensure achievement of sales and s profitability targets of the store.
  • Store marketing and customer relation.
  • Oversee over-all operations, sales, process, stock management and customer service of a branch.
  • Coordinate all activities of the operations with the Corporate operations Manager.
  • Review individuals performance & identity training & development needs of store member.
  • Ensure that all personnel are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College degree in Business Management, Hotel & Restaurant Services or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferably assistant manager or store manager.
  • Willing to work in BGC or SM North EDSA.
  • With pleasing personality.
  • With strong interpersonal skills.
  • Has good leadership skills and drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge in inventory management is an advantage.
  • Passion for customer service engaging leadership style that empowers the team.
  • Good knowledge in understanding of the operations and business trends.
  • Must have good communication skills both in oral and written forms.
  • Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuming of quality goods.
  • Responsible for proper implementation of warehouse activities.
  • Reviews and analyzes inventory of warehouse supplies / stocks.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College degree in Logistic / Transportation, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 year supervisory experience in retail / service or Food & beverage oriented company or in warehouse management.
  • Has strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Details and process oriented.
  • Good organizational & management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications.
  • Display good supervision skills.
  • Has strong operational compliance to company procedures.

  • Follow health, safety & sanitation guidelines for all products.

  • Maintains consistent punctuality.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the processing of customer’s payment. Receives cash and credit cards and issues official receipts.
  • Ensures total sales transactions tally with cash on hand.
  • Safe keeps all cash payments and cash funds.
  • Ensure discounts and promotions are properly handled.
